Universal Testing Machine-UTM
The Sensors India Universal Tensile Tester is a single-column, table-top loading frame built around a digital closed-loop command and feedback motion control system driven by an AC brushless servo motor. Load cells, the load-weighing system, and control software are fully integrated into one complete testing platform capable of tension, compression, flexure, peel, and friction testing on a wide range of materials.
The system is designed for continuous operation uninterrupted testing — and calculates strain directly from crosshead displacement, expressed as a percentage, with full creep-test capability built in. It is designed to the applicable international standards: ASTM D5035, ISO 36, ASTM D5034, and ISO 13934-1.
